What Is Evolution Craps Live?
Live craps is essentially the regular version of the table game that you would find in a casino. The main difference is that you are playing from your computer instead of being physically at the table.
This game is played with 2 Dice compared to Sic Bo which is played with 3 Dice and there is no Dice Shaker.

How to Play Live Craps
As said above, playing live craps is not much different than playing it at a table in person besides the fact that you cannot physically roll the dice yourself.
If you know the rules for a Craps game then everything will seem very straightforward to you as it is exactly as you play it at land-based casinos. There are no different rules or any additional features compared to the classic Craps game.
In live craps online, the robotic arm will act as the roller. For simplicity, every bettor playing off of that live stream will bet as if they are the roller.
Roll Phases
If you haven’t played Caps before then this is the most important bit that you need to understand. The Roll Phases are Come Out Roll and Pass Line and are the ones that lead the gameplay.
Come Out Roll
First, there is the “Come Roll.” The goal here is to roll a 4, 5, 6, 8, or 10 before you roll a 2 or a 12. Once you hit one of those numbers, that sets up what number it is on.
Pass Line
Say you roll an 8. Then, you would have to roll another 8 before you roll a 7 in order to win your bet on the “Pass Line” (we will get to this later).
Once the Come number is established, you are free to place even more side bets on the table, which the virtual graphic will come up after every roll allowing you to do so.
The Layout of the Live Craps Table
The Layout of this Live Craps game by Evolution is exactly like the standard Craps table that you can find in land-based casinos.
The numbers on top are all ones you get can bet that get rolled before 7.
The Field numbers are seven of the less common numbers that you can roll, which you are betting come out rather than 5-8.
Then, there are hard rolls. You are allowed to bet on how certain numbers will come out. For example, if the roller has a 4 and you bet on it being a pair of 2s, then you win the bet. This is because a hard roll is when you have two of a kind to make the total number.
Finally, some of the least common bets made on the table are C + E bets. These are when you are betting on 2, 3, 11, or 12 to come out.
Live Craps Odds and Payouts
So, there are several bets on the table that you can choose to make, but which ones actually have a good chance of coming out?
Well, the best odds on the board are from the Pass and Don’t Pass Lines. These odds are 251 to 244 and 976 to 949 respectively. They payout 1 to 1.
Then, you have bets on individual numbers. Rolling a 6 or 8 gives you 6 to 5 odds and payout. A 5 or 9 are your next best bets with 3 to 2 odds, and then 4 and 10 will pay you 2 to 1 odds.
Most field numbers payout 1 to 1, except 2 and 12 which are 2 to 1.
A hard 6 or 8 will have 10 to 1 odds and pay 9 to 1, with a hard 4 and 10 with a little easier odds at 8 to 1 but pay 7 to 1.
But, the biggest longshots on the board are generally C + E bets. A 2 or 12 here is 35 to 1, and 3 or 11 is 17 to 1. But, the former pays out 30 to 1 and the latter pays out 15 to 1.
Statistically, the bet with the lowest house edge is the Don’t Pass Line with just 1.4%. Of these, the bet with the biggest house edge is a C + E bet, with an edge as high as 13.9%!
